Hello my name is Dennis Garcia, I am a hispanic entrapeneur that ownes a realty business.  I financed and started this business from the ground up.  Now, I own an apartment complex in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  In an area of low income families.   I've exhausted myresources and finances to renovate the entire complex.  When I purchased this property I was ensured that the duplexes were in satisfactory condition.  I later discovered that all the apartments were in serious need of repairs.  I paid out of pocket to bring these aparments to livable standards.  And now the entire roof  is falling apart.  I had an estimate done on the property and the total came out to $250,000.   The deadline to repair these roofs is September 30, 2006.   I take pride in the work that I've done to repairing the complexes.  It took alot of blood sweat and tears.  All I care about is making sure that my tenants are in safe aboads.  I have a another business plan to promote employment in distressed areas for minorities and low income families.   I'm requesting help for completion of the repairs needed to be done.  I sincerely hope that you will consider my request.
